Spring, and splurging

Freshly snipped rose plumes from the bush out front; stuffed in mason jars and randomly placed all over the house... makes me happy! Love Spring!

Also, spring meadow Tide Pods... My Mom introduced me to them. It's a bit of a splurge for us, but I love how convenient they are! Not to mention how delicious my clothes come out smelling, even out of the dryer!

Oklahoma Science Museum

I hadn't been since I was a kid, they've added so much more to it since then! We took the kids last weekend, and they had a blast. The big boys are really into all things "Space", as well as science. Trust me, there are waaay too many "science experiments/concoctions" going on around this house lately... my poor kitchen. At the museum the favorites were the mini trains and village, the air force flight controls, the planes, the Gadget Tree house, and the Tinker Garage. We'll definitely have to go back (while Rhoane and Adeline can still get in for free that is!)

Ugly brown bananas anyone?

What to do with severely over ripe bananas that nobody in this household dared to touch?... Well, ya make the perfect banana muffins and they snarf 'em down and are none the wiser! Shhh... our little secret!
